Aedia was born from a simple observation: there are apartments that have sat empty for years. Not because nobody wants them, but because keeping them running takes work — paperwork, guests, plumbers to call — and their owners often lack the time, or live elsewhere.

Meanwhile they cost money: expenses, taxes, and a slow decay nobody notices until it becomes a big job.

We put them back to work. We set them up, rent them for short stays and keep them in shape at every turnover: professional cleaning, condition checks, repairs done right away, while they're still cheap. A property in use doesn't accumulate problems: at year's end it's worth what it was at the start, except it has produced income.
